Billions are being wasted on pork projects across the country while here in Louisiana we’re desperately lacking new funds for roads, schools, and coastal erosion. I’ve seen the problems of coastal erosion up close and personal. I’ve watched land slowly disappear underwater and the property and homes of my neighbors sink lower every year. I’ll work tirelessly as Senator to make sure that the problems of coastal erosion in Louisiana are addressed in Washington.
